There are a couple of ways:

1) The simplest way is to include a tracking code at the end of the web address that you put on the card. You will be able to use your web site statistics tool to see the amount of visitors that used that unique code. For example: If your web address is www.YourSite.com you can put www.YourSite.com?yourshortcode

2) You could include a unique coupon code in your offer text (link here to offer text explanation). Every time someone uses that coupon code (over the phone or online) you will know that they found your web site on the back of someone’s card. You could even put a different coupon code for different industry categories.

3) Another effective way to track the effectiveness and at the same time INCREASE effectiveness is by including a free offer for visiting or purchasing. The free product must be unique to each offline campaign. Ex: A free rubber ducky with every order.
